Architecture

The Architecture committee is established to review architecture requests as required in our bylaws. Requests can be submitted to the association property manager to be presented to the Architecture committee for review. Please submit requests a minimum of three days prior to scheduled committee meetings. Scheduled meetings are listed on the Events Calendar. All architectural requests of a major nature, for example: Home Additions or Encroachment into Easements or Common Areas will be presented to the Board for final approval.
