When You Make a 911 Call: STAY CALM
Promptly state the nature of the Emergency, whether you need Police, Fire or Medical help. Give the location of where help is needed and all pertinent information. If you are reporting a crime, describe all suspects (age, weight, height, hair color, eye
color and clothing).
If there is a vehicle involved: Get a LICENSE PLATE number, vehicle make, color, and direction of travel.
